OPTIMIZERx Corporation Files Form S-1 Registration Statement
ROCHESTER, MI–(Marketwire - November 11, 2008) - OPTIMIZERx Corporation (
today announced that on Monday November 10, 2008, the Company filed a Form
S-1 Registration Statement with the United States Securities Exchange
Commission.
David Harrell, CEO of OPTIMIZERx, commented, “The filing of our Form S-1 is
simply the next step in providing transparency and accountability to our
shareholders. When we completed our reverse merger in the spring, we
committed to our shareholders that we would work diligently to become a
reporting company. After we receive notice from the regulators that our
